(All buttons are working properly WITHOUT VIBRATION) I tried above all drivers on WIN 7 (32-bit) - after install above all drivers, in win 7 (32-bit) I go to: Control Panel Device and Printers here i can see 'USB Joystick' device, but i CANT see 'USB Vibration' or 'Twin USB Vibration'!! (Q.2) Why I cant see 'USB Vibration' or 'Twin USB Vibration'??
(Q.3) How can i enable vibration?? (Q.4) How can i test/check vibration??
I am waiting for any rply. @ TheGamerZ: yes, i asked my this same problem to more then 1 forum bcoz i want to get solution as soon as possible. U asked me about, for its proof of vibration genuine declaration(info.) on any page.! This product is already Mfg. With vibration. This gamepad have definitely vibration facility, but i dont have any idea- how to enable it?, that's the problem.!
Visit this official link for product info.: image of product's box which i get: (note: in above image u can see MODEL NO. At lower-right corner). Yeah, not going to happen buddy. Drivers, if you were even able to find them on the manufactures site, probably isn't coded correctly, and doesn't even do what it says.
Of course, there is no way to verify on that website, because they don't have a support/driver section, or a support/help page. I bet, if the drivers even exist, they've never been updated and were probably written for windows 98/XP. You'll probably end up using directinput for the gamepad, there is no support for vibration with directinput(generic windows/dx mode). You can't FORCE it to work. Vibration is all driver support and in this case.
You don't have the drivers. Not gonna happen. If you really want to get the bottom of this, why not call that company that is selling an unsupported device on the market and ask them?
You will get much farther then posting on a forum. Don't buy cheap shit from unknown companies. If you used the driver on the manuf site, then you arent going to get it working without contacting the controller manufacturer. Theres a driver problem.

Either you can write new drivers yourself to make it work (not practical, but I suppose it.IS. an option.) or contact the manuf and see if they can help - if not, try to return it. I would also think that the vibration may be a hardware issue - how can you know if the vibration motors even work? Might just be a bad controller, and the drivers are working fine.
