Whatever, the management style is, it’s only with one purpose which to having effective management. An effective management will make task run smoothly beside lower production cost and greater performance. Hmh.that all for now. It’s actually more detailed and there are more to be written.

But.pass for now. Can’t focus to the book. Oh2.the sources a.k.a references for this post is “Introduction to Business”, written by Jeff Madura. It’s book of my friend who at first just wanna to borrow but he give it to me later on. Sleep is a naturally recurring state characterized by reduced or lacking consciousness, relatively suspended sensory activity, and inactivity of nearly all voluntary muscles. Hmh.take from other site. Kinda bit required effort to understand what it’s trying to explain.

In other word, we die temporarily. Some say our soul get out from the body and wandering in the world (which one of causes of dreams). Dunno either it’s true or not. What important is.we all need enough sleep for enough rest.

A University of California, San Diego psychiatry study of more than one million adults found that people who live the longest self-report sleeping for six to seven hours each night. So, how long you sleep everyday. I’m about 9 hours. Hehe.but some of us might capable to having longer total sleeping hours. Hmh.that suppose to cheer about or what?

Or some of you wanna know how to do that? That questions, you may ask to my room-mate. Emm.he is kinda.gud at it? Haha Age and condition vs Average amount of sleep per day (Wikipedia) Newborn up to 18 hours 1–12 months 14–18 hours 1–3 years 12–15 hours 3–5 years 11–13 hours 5–12 years 9–11 hours Adolescents 9–10 hours Adults, including elderly 7–8 hours Pregnant women 8(+) hours Even though we supposed to have around 7-8 hours of sleep, some might find that, it’s hard to be achieved. Who do you think often said that?

It’s not it’s can’t be achieved.it’s possible but they lifestyle contributing that. Last minutes of studying, completing assignments, and lots of last minutes. Pfft.feel like talking in front of mirror. Hm.but think it’s over again. Students actually achieved the hours required (if they less hour sleeping) in somewhere in the hour everyday. Yes, students achieved it by sleeping in the class or lecture hours.

Who’s fault is that huh? HOWEVER, there are also some people can’t sleep on time or can’t at all. There’s term for that.

It’s called insomnia. Insomnia is difficulty getting to sleep or staying asleep, or having non-refreshing sleep for at least 1 month. What is the causes, incidence, and risk factors?

Primary insomnia refers to insomnia that is not caused by any known physical or mental condition. Insomnia is caused by many things. The most common causes of insomnia are: 1. Alcohol (Errr) 2. Coffee (Opps.this the reason for mine rite now) 4. Stress (Have written about this before. Just knew that one of the reason of insomnia) 5.

Medical condition (Dunno) 6. (Often, insomnia is the symptom that causes people with depression to seek medical help) Symptoms: 1. Difficulty falling asleep on most nights 2.

Feeling tired during the day or falling asleep during the day 3. Not feeling refreshed when you wake up 4. Waking up several times during sleep Overcome: 1. Sleep only when sleepy – This reduces the time you are awake in bed. Don’t take naps – Will ensure that you are tired at bedtime 3.

Get up and go to bed the same time every day – regular rhythm, you will feel better 4. Only use your bed for sleeping – So, when you go to bed, your body knows it is time to sleep 5. Take a hot bath 90 minutes before bedtime – Will raise your body temperature, but it is the drop in body temperature that may leave you feeling sleepy 6. If you can’t fall asleep within 20 minutes, get up and do something boring until you feel sleepy 7. Refrain from exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime Found myself sleepy already. Nite Hope you can sleep. It’s been 2 days dunno what to be posted in here.

So, I’ve posted 2 songs until now which I been loved to hear. Well, meanwhile I’m conducting a study on scaffolding, so, why not to post about it here, isn’t? What is scaffolding? It’s as a temporary structure which to support numbers of platforms at different heights. Its enable workers to reach works in high places and allow raising of materials to higher places. There are several functional requirements for a scaffolding. However, do you know what meant by functional requirements?

It’s requirements for the something to fulfill it’s function properly. In easy way to explain it, take ice as an example. Ice required to be cold to make water where its put in to be cold. Haha.did you get it?

Regardless what we doing rite now either as students, working both employees and employers, and etc, we can’t avoid from feeling stress. Duh.but that what I’m doing rite now. Full with stress.

To avoid those things cause me stress, blogging what best to do rite now. What is stress? Stress is simply a fact of nature — forces from the outside world affecting the individual. The individual responds to stress in ways that affect the individual as well as their environment.

In general, stress is related to both external and internal factors. External factors include the physical environment, including your job, your relationships with others, your home, and all the situations, challenges, difficulties, and expectations you’re confronted with on a daily basis. Internal factors determine your body’s ability to respond to, and deal with, the external stress-inducing factors. So, students as alike me, will facing stress due to assignments, homeworks, dissertation, financial and etc. In the moment I’m writing this post.there are several task and crisis need to be completed and faced but.I’m too stress! Well here the list: 1. Measurement of Boring Pile 2.

Proposal of dissertation 3. Study on Steel Structure 4. Study on building services of a building 5. Shortage of finance 5.

Other family related matters Besides above there are some other can be list but will not list it down. Right now, just hope to having some space and time for myself and need someone can be relied on but it’s seems too hoping.

Warhhwhere my damn really own time and space?! What we should if facing such situation?

What we should to handle stress? From some article from the net, we should control the internal factors which influence our ability to handle stress including: 1. Nutritional status 2. Overall health 3.

Fitness levels 4. Emotional well-being 5. Amount of sleep and rest. We need to handle it smart and effieciently because it will cause: 1. Sleep disturbances 2.

Muscle tension 3. Gastrointestinal disturbances 5. Emotional and behaviour such as i) Nervousness ii) Anxiety iii) Changes in eating habits including overeating iv) Loss of enthusiasm or energy v) Mood changes One of the pathological (abnormal) consequences of stress is: 1.

Learned helplessness that leads to the hopelessness and helplessness of clinical depression 2. Chronic anxiety states 3. High blood pressure 4. Heart disease 5. Addictive disorders Haha.too many to be listed because it’ll just make more stress.

Can’t write more.need to rest. Bonjour Hope you can manage your stress effectively. I need to do now! There are lot of means of Convocation but for University, convocation is the university graduation ceremony to award degrees to students and honorary graduates. On 28th November 2010, UiTM 73rd Convocation held in almost all Universiti Teknologi Mara. I’ve attended convocation at UiTM Perak Seri Iskandar Campus to receive my Diploma in Quantity Surveying. There are varied levels of study offered which are Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree & Doctoral Degree. The UiTM graduation gowns are in purple, the colour of the university logo.

It’s enhanced with gold embroidery. Embroidery on the sleeve represents the level of study. Three lines represent Doctoral Degree, two line represents Master’s Degree & one line represents Bachelor’s Degree meanwhile no embroidery represents Diploma. Mortar board is worn by graduates of Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree as well as Diploma. It’s the first time for UiTM Perak to having Convocation ceremony which before the convocations are held only at the main campus, UiTM Shah Alam. The convocation is held at Dewan Sri Iskandar (DSI), the new building. Used to be Dewan Sri Iskandar is now known as Dewan Serbaguna.

Yang

At first, a bit disappointments for not having convocation at the main campus but at the same time proud to be the 1 st batch to convo at the UiTM Perak. The gowns and mortar board are new, so we the one who the 1 st user. Some of my friends can’t make it to attend the ceremony. So, I’ve contacted some of them just to show that we not forgetting them. We hope all of you attend too but it’s okay. The one, who awarding the entire certificate is the Vice Chancellor, YBhg. Sahol Hamid Abu Bakar.

Now, we are officially obtained certificate of Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Congrats to all my friends and good luck for Degree.

Detik2 masa berlalu, kini, lebih dari 3 tahun, Universiti Teknologi Mara menjadi tempat aku menagih ilmu. Jadi, aku akan tulis serba sedikit mengenainya.

Pertama kali belajar di UiTM pada 2007 di UiTM Perak, Kampus Seri Iskandar untuk Diploma Ukur Bahan & kini Ijazah Ukur Bahan di UiTM Shah Alam. UiTM dulu dikenali sebagai Dewan Latihan RIDA, Maktab MARA, Institut Teknologi Mara dan mendapat taraf Universiti pada Ogos 1999, diumukan oleh Perdana Menteri Malaysia pada ketika itu, Dato’ Seri Dr.

Mahathir Mohammad. Ia ditubuhkan untuk membantu rakyat-rakyat bumiputera Malaysia. Terdapat 3 kluster yang ditawarkan oleh UiTM iaitu Sains & Teknologi, Sains Sosial & Kemanusiaan dan Perniagaan & Pengurusan. Ukur Bahan adalah dibawah Fakulti Seni Bina, Perancangan dan Ukur (FSPU) yang berada dalam kluster Sains & Teknologi. Selain itu, Ukur Bahan turut dibawah The Insitution of Surveyor Malaysia (ISM) dan The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (RICS).

Anda memang terbaik!! Huhunever forget you kindness & hope you’ll find your happiness. To Acc friends, see you next semester!!

Renung2kn.selamat beramal.
